There were comfortable beds and satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe in the standard twin room. The view over street was absolutely stunning. Comfy and unbeatable location to attractions like Batha Square, that was so close to the hotel.

The hotel is located in a central area and is perfect for those interested in exploring historical sites and markets. From the hotel, visitors can walk to the Medina, the blue gate or even to the water fountain. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Staff members are very friendly and will go out of their way to ensure guests' satisfaction. The breakfast is delicious, providing guests with a great start to their day. the hotel has facilities such as a terrace, and dinner with a lamb dish appears to be a popular menu item.
The hotel may be difficult to find as taxis cannot reach the hotel due to narrow streets in the area.

The place is located in an old and historic part of the city. It's easy to get around and explore the city's vibrant markets and bustling streets. The staff is friendly and willing to assist if necessary. The breakfast was decent and comes with delicious semolina bread.
Be prepared to walk down narrow streets that may not be accessible by taxi. If you have mobility issues or seniors in your group, it can be quite difficult to climb the many stairs to your room.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect, as it is really close to all the major attractions in the medina. Despite being in a quiet part of the medina, everything was within walking distance, which was really convenient. The service here is top-notch, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all available. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They even offer an airport shuttle service, which was very convenient for me.
I highly recommend this place to everyone. The location is ideal, the service is excellent, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

It was really convenient being just a short walk from the market, yet still in a quiet part of the city. The hotel facilities were great, from the beautiful traditional architecture to the lovely rooftop terrace with stunning views. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.
No major negative aspects to report.

There were some issues with the bathroom, the water pressure was not good and the fixtures were not working properly. , the breakfast was not very good, with limited options and poor quality food.

During my recent stay in Fes, I had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful riad that exceeded my expectations. The location was ideal, with all the attractions within walking distance and a feeling of safety even at night. The riad itself was a stunning architectural gem, with dazzling walls, woods, and light that created a mesmerizing atmosphere. The hospitality and service were outstanding, making us feel right at home. The transfer to the airport was seamless, and the recommendation for a local guide added a great touch to our experience. The best part was the delicious dinner we had, surpassing even a 5-star hotel. Although the cleanliness of the bathroom was not perfect, the well-maintained ancient materials throughout the riad made it truly worth it. I highly recommend this riad for a unique and memorable stay in Fes.
